Your donation will be used for non-lethal aid to Ukrainian defenders and volunteers who are heroically resisting the Putin invasion, such as:

• Medical first aid kits
• Helmets, body armour, ballistic protective goggles, night vision binoculars, and other non-lethal protective equipment
• Other necessary items that our trusted partners deem necessary, for example boots, fuel and communications equipment 

The Vest Project is not a registered charity; therefore, we are not able to provide tax receipts for donations. Each donation should be considered a gift toward protection for peace.

100% of all funds that we collect are sent to our trusted partners and we look forward to sharing updates with our donor community. The organizations that we have recommended and to whom we send your donations, release audited statements on the amount of money raised and where it was spent in their annual audits. Although we are a small part of money that these organizations raise, our funds are reflected in those audits.

The Vest Project receives your donation and works with vetted partners to ensure that defenders of Ukraine receive desperately needed aid on the ground as quickly as possible.

All of us at The Vested Project, are volunteers. We are committed to 100% of all donations going directly to our trusted partners. These partners are carefully chosen for their passion that the funds go directly to the direly needed equipment, and for their dedication to ensuring that the items are delivered to the Ukrainian frontline defenders.

As we watch the devastation happening in Ukraine, we see brave Ukrainians fighting for freedom from tyranny. Thankfully, many organizations and governments are providing humanitarian relief. Along with the humanitarian crisis, there is a critical need for gear for the people that are joining the fight. The sheer number of volunteers going in to battle ill-equipped, some in their street clothes, is devastating. Any donation to this campaign helps us unite with these brave people by providing desperately needed protective gear.   

Hopefully, this war will come to a peaceful resolution very soon! We will be forwarding your donations to our partners in Ukraine and Europe regularly. When the war ends, we'll halt our fundraising and will assess our plan of action. If we have any funds that have not yet been transferred to our partners, we'll announce our plans and will forward them for rebuilding or humanitarian aid.
